Cultural Human Sources Council Declares NEW HR toolkit — BC Alliance for Arts + Tradition
The Cultural Human Useful resource Council (CHRC) is happy to announce {that a} new Inclusion, Variety, Fairness & Accessibility (IDEA) software is now obtainable to the cultural sector.
Created with the assistance of Ontario Arts Council funding by means of the Cross-Sectoral Restoration Roundtable (CSRR) mission, this new HR Administration Toolkit responds to the necessity and requests for readily accessible assets with reference to IDEA.
By HR Administration Toolkit Belonging, CHRC and CSRR mission contributors goal to:

Strengthen board and administration dedication to IDEA;

Share IDEA providers, instruments and assets.
